Last night I was at church, my pastor was talking about God resting on the seventh day. He said it was important for us to have a day to rest, even if it was in a non-biblical sense. I totally agreed, everyone needs time to recuperate! So this morning, I decided to sleep in, and I sure needed it! I couldn't have the whole day off because I had to go to work at 2. Or so I thought...when I arrived at work my boss gave me a look. I was confused until I saw that I was two hours late. Of course she fired me on the spot. The rest of my day was very depressing. I had a good cry and went off to my bible study about faith. An amazing verse to memorize is Hebrews 11:1 "Now faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see" I know that me getting fired was all a God thing, and I know He has something wayy better in store for me! It really allows me to relax in Him and to trust fully! I'm excited to see what amazing things will unfold.
